DepEd Regions 10 and 13 converge for PMIS training

Mary Jane B. Feliciano, Chief of PPD-PS of DepEd Central Office, explains to the participants the need to craft an accurate and workable Work and Financial Plan using the PMIS. BUTUAN CITY - November 16, 2017 More than a hundred key officials and employees from Region 10 and Region 13-Caraga successfully trained on crafting an accurate Work and Financial Plan using the upgraded Program Management Information System (PMIS) designed by the DepEd Central Office. 

This three-day activity was held on November 14-16, 2018 at Dottie's Hotel and Restaurant in Butuan City. In his message, Raul L. Orozco, DepEd Caraga's Chief of Administrative Services Division, said that the joint-activity of two regions was the first to be held in Butuan City  since the creation of DepEd Caraga as a regional office. 

Mary Jane B. Feliciano, PPD-PS Chief, led the team of facilitators from the Central Office namely, Zaida Fe Briones, PDO-III; Ronald John Inguito, EPS-II; Marc Kevin del Rosario, Lawrence M. Mangalindan, Catherine J. Salcedo, Billy Vega, Janet Nadura, Rowena Fonacier, and Gilbert Wagan.

A roll-out of this training to the respective Division offices of both regions will be conducted in the coming months, to be led by the Division Planning Officers as PMIS Trainors.
