The meeting officially commenced with a message from Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Roel T. Diamante, PhD, CESO VI, and was graced by Atty. Jeddah Mae Nangcas Escala, Legal Officer of the Schools Division Office of Siargao.
A highlight of the activity was the learning session by Mr. Zenon G. Hernandez, RN, MPSM, CHRA, Supervising Administrative Officer of the City Government of Butuan, who discussed the provisions and opportunities under Republic Act No. 11321 or the Sagip Saka Act, emphasizing how government procurement can support local producers and strengthen partnerships.
The meeting also featured the ceremonial turnover of deworming tablets and medicine kits to the 12 Schools Division Offices, reinforcing DepEd Caraga's commitment to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of learners through strengthened school health services.
The quarterly coordination meeting served as a platform for sharing updates, addressing emerging concerns, and aligning regional initiatives to further enhance the delivery of health and sports programs across Caraga.
