This year’s edition of the Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) featured competitions among learners from the SPFL (Special Program in Foreign Language – Spanish), i.e., Cosplay (Costume Play), Foreign Language Idol Singing, SPFL Quiz whiz, and SPFL Challenge. It is participated in by the four (4) Schools Division that offered Spanish courses. This event is spearheaded by Curriculum and Learning Development Division (CLMD) headed by Dr. Isidro M. Biol, Jr., through Regional SPFL Focal Person Dr. Gladys Asis. Held at the Bulwagan ng Kahusayan (RELC I), Teacher Development Center, Butuan City on December 21, 2017, and graced by no less than DepEd Caraga’s OIC Regional Director Dr. Beatriz G. Torno, CESO IV and OIC-Assistant Regional Director Dr. Fidela M. Rosas, CESO V.
