NDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AMONG REGIONAL EMPLOYEES 12/18/17 Held at the Bulwagan ng Karunungan, Teacher Development Center, Butuan City on December 18, 2017, this activity aims to discuss and assess individual accomplishments based on each Key Result Areas and objectives, and to identify individualโs strengths and development needs or plans. During the activity, each Functional Division Chiefs and Unit Heads of the regional office presented their accomplishment via power point application, after which a thorough assessment was undertaken to identify professional needs and possible interventions to be applied in 2018.
