The ceremony featured the presentation of certificates and plaques of recognition to DepEd Caraga’s steadfast partners who have continuously supported its initiatives and programs aimed at improving education and empowering learners across the region. Regional Director Maria Ines C. Asuncion delivered an inspirational keynote message that resonated deeply with the audience. Citing Helen Keller, she shared, "Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much." She underscored the power of unity and collaboration in achieving educational transformation. Quoting Dr. Jose Rizal, Director Asuncion emphasized, "The youth is the hope of our future," reminding partners that their collective efforts for the youth lay the foundation for brighter opportunities for the Filipino nation. She further drew wisdom from Nelson Mandela’s words, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world," highlighting the transformative power of accessible and quality education. She also cited National Artist F. Sionil Jose, saying, “A nation’s wealth is not its gold but its people,” expressing the importance of investing of the holistic development of the youth. The event was a vibrant testament to the strong relationships that DepEd Caraga has fostered with various stakeholders, reaffirming its dedication to ensuring that every learner in the region is equipped with the tools to succeed.
