The orientation was facilitated by Dr. Edmund Mendoza, Chief of the Education Support Services Division (ESSD), alongside Regional Sports Coordinator Dr. Jumer C. Carlon, who both emphasized the importance of shared responsibility, discipline, and synergy in achieving a successful 2025 Palaro campaign.
Dr. Carlon, for his part, provided updates on logistical arrangements, travel schedules, and accommodation plans. He underscored the need for clear communication lines and strict adherence to the house protocols that will govern the delegation's quarters during the games.
Each TWC head then took the floor to present their specific rolesโfrom food and nutrition, medical and health services, safety and security, to documentation, transportation, and billeting. The discussions ensured that everyone present understood how each function interlinks to create a smooth and safe experience for Caraga's athletes.
House protocols were also thoroughly discussed, with particular focus on sanitation, safety, and the holistic wellbeing of the delegates. Measures were laid out to ensure clean living environments, routine health checks, emergency response protocols, and mental wellness support.
The orientation ended with a renewed sense of unity and readiness, as the Caraga Delegation stood firm on its commitment to excellence, guided by the principle that preparation is the foundation of victory.
With every committee aligned and every participant empowered, Caraga moves forwardโone team, one goalโas it takes on the 2025 Palarong Pambansa.
