The Regional Assembly of Educational Leaders (RAEL) is the premier gathering of Caraga’s most dynamic and visionary education leaders, bringing together 700 participants composed of school heads, principals, supervisors, chiefs, superintendents, and the top management of DepEd Caraga, led by Regional Director Maria Ines C. Asuncion and Assistant Regional Director Pedro T. Escobarte Jr.
Held at the LMX Convention Center, Butuan City, from July 22 to 24, this second assembly for 2025, with the theme “Deep Dive into DepEd Strategic Management, Procurement Laws, and Data Analytics, is a platform for strategic collaboration on regional education priorities, innovative leadership development for 21st-century challenges, policy alignment and updates on national and regional reforms, and a celebration of excellence in school governance and instructional leadership
The sessions aimed at engaging participants in high-impact plenaries, focused sessions, and peer learning exchanges designed to inspire, equip, and unify leaders across all levels of the education system.
