This collaborative activity, participated in by Division Planning Officers, OPCRF Focal Person, SEPS in Planning and Research, Assistant Schools Division Superintendents (ASDS), and Schools Division Superintendents (SDS), finalized the 2025 targets for all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensured alignment of targets among the Central Office (CO), Regional Office (RO), and Schools Division Offices (SDOs), and addressed issues related to target setting.
Dr. Caroline L. Guerta, Education Program Supervisor for the PPRD, presented the Key Performance Indicators alongside the 2025 Physical Plan. She highlighted the objectives of the School Division Offices (SDOs) and detailed the physical targets for each indicator for the 2025 budget year. Alongside Dr. Guerta, Mr. Dandee Monton, Planning Officer III of the PPRD, addressed the concerns of all personnel. He provided insights into the target distribution of each indicator and ensured that everyone understood their roles in achieving the 2025 targets.
Dr. Violeta C. Nuñez, PPRD Chief, summarized the key topics discussed during the morning session and facilitated a Q&A session. She encouraged attendees to voice their questions and share their insights on the proposed plans. This collaborative approach fostered an open dialogue, allowing participants to express their ideas and concerns, thus enhancing effective implementation of all programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) within the region.
