This strategic initiative is part of our commitment to enhance the capabilities of our educational leaders, ensuring they are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to implement the MATATAG Curriculum effectively. The curriculum is aligned with the Departmentโs priorities and goals, fostering a robust learning environment for our future leaders.
The participants were a diverse group of education leaders meticulously chosen for their potential to guide and train others in their respective divisions for the full implementation of the said curriculum.
The Department covered all expenses incurred during the activity with the 2023 HRTD Funds, while travel expenses are sourced through local funds, adhering to standard accounting and auditing regulations.
In recognition of their dedication and service, the participants are entitled to service credits (SC) for teaching personnel and compensatory time off (CTO) for non-teaching/teaching-related personnel following DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003, and Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004. These dates include April 7, 2024 (Sunday), April 9, 2024 (Day of Valor), and April 10, 2024 (Eid al Fitr).
