This generous initiative is part of NGCP’s Gamit ni Bulilit Program, which aims to provide 250 students from each selected school with essential learning materials, wherein each student from Grades 1 to 3 will receive a backpack containing ten notebooks, three pencils, one box of crayons, and bottles of alcohol. These items were delivered to the regional office on October 23, 2024, and received by the Supplies Office through Ms. Zenylou Buyan. The distribution was facilitated by the Education Support Services Division (ESSD), headed by Dr. Edmund D. Mendoza, in coordination with the respective schools division offices.

The beneficiary schools include Stop Elementary School, Surigao City; San Isidro ES, Surigao del Norte; Macalaya ES, Placer, Surigao del Norte; Wangke ES, Claver, Surigao del Norte; Tabon-tabon ES, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur; Tigabong ES, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur; Balang-Balang ES, RTR; Calamba ES, Cabadbaran City; Mahayahay ES, Mahayahay, Bayugan City; Mabuhay ES, Bayugan City; Tagbalidbid ES, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur; Cagbaulo ES, Bayabas, Surigao del Sur; Consuelo ES, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur; Maglambing ES, Tagbina, Surigao del Sur; and San Miguel ES, Trento, Agusan del Sur.
