The two-day activity brought together 75 personnel from the DepEd Caraga Regional Office and Schools Division Offices, highlighting the regionโ€™s strong commitment to advancing technical-vocational education programs. Education leaders, program implementers, and key stakeholders collaborated to assess the current implementation of Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE), Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL), and Special Program in Technical-Vocational Education (SPTVE) in Caraga. Participants critically examined curriculum delivery, teacher competencies, and resource allocation to identify gaps and challenges affecting program effectiveness.

Through focused discussions, data-driven reviews, and the sharing of field experiences, participants set strategic directions and developed actionable plans to strengthen program implementation in alignment with DepEd policies and NEAP standards. The activity concluded with clear priority action points aimed at improving program delivery, building teacher capacity, and optimizing resources to ensure that technical-vocational education remains relevant, learner-centered, and responsive to industry demands.

By enhancing TLE-TVL-SPTVE programs, DepEd Caraga continues to empower teachers and expand opportunities for learners, equipping them with practical skills that prepare them for employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
