The activity was attended by over 217 participants, including 12 TESDA personnel led by Regional Director Florencio F. Sunico Jr., with Ms. Marife Peña and other personnel from the TESDA Regional Training Center. DepEd Caraga officials and TLE teachers from across the region also took part in the program.

The event recognized Technical and Livelihood Education (TLE) teachers who completed the TMI program and acknowledged their commitment to improving the delivery of technical-vocational education in the region. Certificates of recognition were awarded to the participants during the program.

The completion of the TMI program strengthens teachers’ competencies in delivering standards-based technical training, assessment, and learner support aligned with TESDA requirements. With enhanced instructional and training methodologies, TLE teachers are better equipped to prepare learners for national certification and improve their readiness for employment, entrepreneurship, and further skills development.

This initiative reflects the continued collaboration between DepEd Caraga and TESDA Caraga in strengthening teacher capability and supporting quality technical-vocational education across the Caraga Region.
