Initial technical meetings and planning sessions are set to begin in October 2025, followed by a series of follow-up discussions in January 2026 to finalize operational details. A pre-conference with the National Technical Working Group (TWG) will also be conducted to align all stakeholders on critical areas of implementation.
Infrastructure and logistical preparations are also in the pipeline. The track oval is targeted for completion by the last quarter of 2025, while discussions are underway to support the establishment of a mess hall through coordination with national offices. Plans for ensuring efficient transportation and mobility are being explored, including the provision of exclusive flights, discounted travel rates, and the inclusion of sea travel options for delegations and stakeholders.
The National MANCOM, expected in October 2025, will serve as a key venue for aligning technical updates and progress reports. Meanwhile, the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) is scheduled for the first week of April 2026, setting the stage for the Palarong Pambansa in the third week of May 2026.
The overall tone of the upcoming games is envisioned to be festive yet organized, with a focus on ensuring security, seamless logistics, and the spirit of unity that defines the Palarong Pambansa tradition.
