The event is hosted by the local government under the leadership of Mayor Kirk Asis, in collaboration with DepEd Caraga, led by Regional Director Maria Ines C. Asuncion, and Schools Division Superintendent Ma. Teresa M. Real of the host division.

To promote appreciation and sustainability, the Palarong Pambansa Secretariat distributed special edition water tumblers to the first 100 early bird attendees. All participants also received conference kits containing a custom tote bag, notebook, and pens; practical tools to support collaboration and strategic planning throughout the forum.

This gathering marks not only the continuation of the Palarong Pambansa legacy, but also a platform for dialogue and innovation where experiences from the field converge with forward-looking ideas to shape the future of the country's premier school sports program.
