During his leadership at DepEd Caraga, ASEC Bringas spearheaded the regionโs journey toward achieving ISO certification, a milestone that significantly improved the efficiency, accountability, and service delivery of the department.
Furthermore, he steered the region through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing strategic measures to sustain education despite the crisis. Under his guidance, DepEd Caraga swiftly adapted to new learning modalities, ensuring minimal disruption in the delivery of quality education to learners across the region.
His dedication and exemplary service later led to his appointment as Assistant Secretary for Field Operations, a testament to his unwavering passion for uplifting the countryโs education system.
His return to DepEd Caraga brought a wave of nostalgia and inspiration as he went to the different offices to meet old friends as well as new employees. More importantly, his visit rekindled his vibrant legacy and transformative leadership witnessed firsthand by various stakeholders across the region. It was a heartfelt reunion with the people and the place that had been shaped by his dedication and vision.
