Dr. Edmond D. Mendoza has been appointed Chief of the Education Support Services Division (ESSD), Dr. Alejandro P. Macadatar assumes the role of Chief of the Field Technical Assistance Division (FTAD), and Marlyne F. Villareal takes the helm as Chief of the Quality Assurance Division (QAD). Regional Director Maria Ines C. Asuncion, CESO IV, administered the oath-taking, assisted by Assistant Regional Director Pedro T. Escobarte Jr., CESO IV.

The ceremony, which took place at the Office of the Regional Director at the Teacher Development Center, Butuan City, was witnessed by the other esteemed Functional Division Chiefs, including Dr. Violeta C. Nunez (Policy, Planning, and Research Division), Dr. Flordelisa R. Dalin (Human Resource Development Division), Bernabe L. Linog (Curriculum and Learning Management Division), Joel B. Rosales (Administrative Services Division), and Elaine Navarro (Officer-in-Charge, Finance Division).

Before the official oath-taking, Director Asuncion offered heartfelt and insightful guidance to the new Chiefs, emphasizing servant leadership. This ceremonial event marks an important milestone for DepEd Caraga as it continues to bolster its capacity to provide crucial educational services and technical support to schools and learners across the region.
