In her message to the attendees of the Regional Executive Committee Meeting (REXECOM) today, October 14, 2025, RD Asuncion underscored the vital role of leadership in ensuring stability and strength across the education sector.

"As leaders, we are called to stand at the forefront — guiding and uplifting those under our care. When we remain strong, the field becomes stronger; but when we falter, the field likewise weakens," she emphasized.

RD Asuncion also highlighted the region's ongoing efforts to strengthen its e-learning systems and digital initiatives, ensuring that education remains accessible despite unforeseen challenges.

"We continue to envision a resilient DepEd Caraga, one that stands firm through challenges and ensures that learning endures through our strengthened e-learning systems," she added.

She further encouraged all education leaders and personnel to sustain their passion, integrity, and sense of purpose in the face of adversity.

"Let us know our roles, embrace our possibilities, and perform our duties with utmost dedication and integrity," RD Asuncion said.

DepEd Caraga remains united in its mission to deliver quality, accessible, relevant, and liberating education for every learner — demonstrating that no obstacle can hinder the region's pursuit of excellence and service.
