Hon. Roscoe Democrito B. Plaza, Mayor of Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, joined as Guest of Honor, highlighting the importance of continued collaboration between government, communities, and education partners to ensure learners have access to inclusive and effective education programs.

She stressed that the value of partnerships extends beyond resources; it is the shared commitment to learners and communities that drives meaningful and sustainable progress. According to RD Asuncion, the collaborative efforts of DepEd’s partners have been instrumental in implementing innovative programs, strengthening school operations, and enhancing community engagement in education.

The recognition specifically highlighted the continuous support of schools, local government units, banking sectors, cooperatives, media partners, benefactors, division offices, and other private organizations, all of whom have contributed to improving learning outcomes and fostering a culture of collaboration in Caraga. By formally acknowledging these partners, DepEd Caraga reinforced its commitment to building strong, productive, and long-lasting relationships that benefit learners and the broader education community.

Through the Pasidungog sa mga Kabulig, DepEd Caraga affirmed that the success of education initiatives relies not only on institutional efforts but also on the dedication, alignment, and active involvement of its stakeholders and partners.
