The stakeholders, in a spirit of collaboration, engaged in comprehensive discussions to review existing frameworks, identify operational challenges, and formulate innovative solutions. This collective effort resulted in the drafting of action plans that align future editions of the Palaro with DepEd's evolving thrusts for youth development, inclusive education, and grassroots sports advancement. The planning session also served as an opportunity to localize and reinforce regional support systems, fostering a more efficient and inclusive Palarong Pambansa implementation in the coming years.

To ensure a seamless and comfortable participation during the conference, assignments of protocol officers were finalized, including specific personnel assigned to welcome and assist regional directors, assistant regional directors, and other high-level delegates. Meticulous arrangements were made for hotel accommodations and room assignments to support the comfort and logistical needs of all participants.

This engagement is a testament to DepEd Caraga's unwavering commitment to educational and athletic excellence. It also underscores the organization's active role in shaping national directions for the country's premier youth sports competition. Through regional collaboration and forward planning, DepEd Caraga is making a meaningful contribution to the realization of a more dynamic and inclusive Palarong Pambansa beyond 2025.
