The activity was attended by all Contract of Service (COS) personnel in the Caraga Region, including those from the Schools Division Offices, together with their Unit Heads. Also present were the Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Chiefs, who played a key role in verifying and validating the reported accomplishments of the COS Engineers, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with division-level deliverables.

This initiative aims to strengthen accountability, efficiency, and professional growth among personnel engaged in administrative and support services. It also serves as the official performance evaluation of COS personnel, assessing their efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability in office operations.

Through this activity, the Regional Office underscores its commitment to promoting a culture of performance, transparency, and continuous improvement in the delivery of education support services across the region.
