This initiative aligns with DepEd Order No. 03, s. 2018, known as the ๐ต๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ธ๐๐ข๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐ธ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ, and DepEd Order No. 09, s. 2024, titled ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐บ๐ข๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐กโ๐ ๐๐โ๐๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐กโ๐ ๐๐โ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ 2024-2025. These orders emphasize the importance of timely enrollment procedures and structured school activities, ensuring that all students are effectively integrated into the educational system for the upcoming school year.
Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the early registration period to ensure that their children are enrolled in the appropriate grade levels and adequately prepared for the upcoming academic year.

Dr. Minerva T. Albis, Schools Division Superintendent of Butuan City Division, emphasized the critical role of early registration in enabling schools to assess resources, staff requirements, and classroom allocations in advance. To register, parents are encouraged to visit their respective schools during the designated registration period, when school personnel will be available to assist with the process.
