The training highlighted how Canva can significantly enhance office productivity by enabling personnel to produce professional presentations, information, education, and communication materials, and videos in a faster and more efficient manner. Through its user-friendly features and ready-made templates, Canva allows offices to streamline communication, standardize visual materials, and reduce time spent on layout and design. Ms. Tiche Lyn Caparoso discussed the basic features of Canva, guiding participants on navigating the platform and maximizing its tools for everyday office tasks. Mr. Winston Eben followed with a discussion on creating engaging presentations in Canva, emphasizing clarity, visual balance, and effective storytelling for meetings and official briefings. Mr. Fritz Otadoy concluded the training with a session on customizing templates and basic video editing in Canva, demonstrating how offices can create visual content for reports, announcements, and internal communications. To reinforce learning, participants were required to submit a video output using their newly acquired Canva skills. This output-based activity generated enthusiasm among participants, who actively applied what they learned and collaborated with colleagues to complete their outputs.
