The Commission on Audit conducted a regionwide entrance audit conference with DepEd Caraga today, September 4, 2023, at the Gold Hall, DepEd Caraga Regional Office.

The entrance conference aims to lay down the management's responsibilities during the audit of the regional and school division offices' various accounts and operations within the covered audit period. It also serves as an avenue for the management and the audit team to provide information and updates on the procedural requirements to ensure appropriate disbursement of government funds, consistent with existing laws, rules, and regulations.

The participants for the conference were personnel from the DepEd Regional Office and Schools Division Offices and COA representatives for the Regional Office and SDOs.
