𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗡𝗤𝗠𝗦) 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯.

The team of auditors from DepEd Region II, led by Mr. Ronnie P. Guiloy, together with Mr. Ryan R. Pacquing, Mr. Nor Aldeen E. Qaddoumi, and Ms. Camille Grace I. Uy, thoroughly examined DepEd Caraga's adherence to the NQMS as reflected in the internal processes and systems of the Functional Divisions and Units.

During the closing, Mr. Guiloy presented their audit findings showing that the regional office has complied with NQMS standards and demonstrated significant innovation beyond the minimum requirements. One notable audit finding was the alignment of objectives vis-a-vis the office's documented information. The auditors also identified areas for improvement in the risk registry, quality control plan, and staffing pattern.

Furthermore, DepEd Caraga exhibited knowledge of the institution's requirements for NQMS, with its workforce displaying commendable ownership of the systems and processes of the regional office.
