The event was participated in by Schools Division Superintendents, Assistant Schools Divison Superintendents, CID and SGOD chiefs, Division Partnership Focal Persons, Division Federated PTA President, and representatives from the PNP, East West Bank, China Bank, DSWD, DAR, FSUU, CHED, UP, Gawad Kalinga, BOC, TESDA, CSU, DHSUD, BDO trento, MEMBA, First Consolidated Bank, PDEA, DA, SM, KIDAT, and the Caraga Regional Development Council (RDC).
In his welcome remarks, DepEd Caragaโs chief of Educational Support and Services Division (ESSD), Bernabe L. Linog, stressed the importance of stakeholder support in the overall success of the Department of Education and that the event serves as an avenue for partners and stakeholders to identify areas for possible partnership engagement with the Department.
The different Functional Divisions of the DepEd regional office, namely HRRD (Human Resource Development Division), CLMD (Curriculum and Learning Management Division), and the ESSD, then presented the various programs, projects, activities, and possible intervention initiatives that stakeholders may engage with the DepEd.
In his recorded message, Hon. Nilo P. Demerey Jr., Governor of Dinagat Island and Chairman of the Caraga Regional Development Council (RDC), expressed his full support for all the educational endeavors of the Department of Education Caraga Region, even as he encouraged all stakeholders to do the same.
After the presentations, the stakeholders affixed their signatures to the Pledge of Commitment Wall, followed by the ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement.
