The event aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of Caraga’s weightlifting enthusiasts and ensure that regional training and competitions meet national and international standards. Diaz, a champion in both sports and advocacy, shared her expertise and experiences to inspire and empower local sports officials and coaches. Participants gained valuable insights on proper weightlifting techniques, competition regulations, and athlete development, reinforcing Caraga’s commitment to nurturing future weightlifting champions. This initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to strengthen grassroots sports programs in the region, fostering excellence and discipline among young athletes.
