AMONTAY, NASIPIT, AGUSAN DEL NORTE, April 30, 2025—𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗗𝗢-𝟭 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀' 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This convergence provides an inclusive platform for PDO-Is (Project Development Officers) and Youth Formation Coordinators to share best practices, exchange insights, and address challenges in youth formation implementation. It also serves as a strategic opportunity to align regional efforts with the national agenda for youth development, spearheaded by Secretary Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara of the Department of Education.

During her discussion on the Youth Formation Program Priority Projects, PDO IV and Regional Youth Formation Coordinator Dr. Adrilene Mae Castaños emphasized the timeless message, "It takes a village to educate a child," inspiring participants with this powerful reminder. She highlighted the vital role of collaboration among educators, communities, and stakeholders in nurturing the holistic development of every learner—underscoring that youth formation is not the responsibility of one but of many united by a common purpose.

In line with this vision, the Department of Education Caraga Region remains committed to empowering its youth through strong, values-driven programs. Organizers hope this pioneering event will pave the way for continued growth and deeper synergy among regional education leaders.
