The discussion focused on the Agency's Physical Report of Operations, which highlights the targets versus accomplishments outlined in the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) and the Budget Utilization Rate (BUR). Additionally, participants reviewed the inventory of the 4th Quarter Accountability Reports. They presented the Guidelines on the Release of Funds for FY 2025 and the framework for the Conduct of Agency Performance Reviews (APR).

Leading the regional FDU Team were Regional Director Maria Ines C. Asuncion, Assistant Regional Director Pedro T. Escobarte Jr., and OIC-Chief for the Finance Division Elaine N. Navarro, along with accountants, budget officers, and chiefs from various functional divisions. They were joined by the Division FDU Teams, consisting of Schools Division Superintendents (SDS), planning officers, and other officials, reinforcing a collaborative approach to budget management and implementation.

Additional key participants included DBM Regional Director Maria Fe D. Jagna, CESO III, Budget and Management Specialists (BMS) I Catherine B. Pacturan, BMS II Rhona Mae U. Gabia, Supervising BMS Katrina Emmanuelle L. Yap, Chiefs of the BMS, Elvin D. Chato and Edna P. Jamolin.
