The event gathered young campus writers, school paper advisers, and education officials on a momentous occasion to recognize excellence in journalistic writing and campus publication. The awarding ceremony honored the Top 5 winners in English and Filipino categories, showcasing outstanding achievements in various sections such as Best in News, Feature, Editorial, Science and Technology, Sports, Layout and Page Design, and the Overall Best School Paper.

On behalf of the Schools Division Superintendent of Surigao del Sur, Dr. Lorenzo O. Macasocol, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Laila F. Danaque, CESO VI, warmly welcomed the participants, expressing heartfelt gratitude and pride. "The Surigao del Sur Division is honored to host this year's RSPC. Despite certain limitations, our host districts, Barobo 1 and 2, have given their utmost effort to ensure the success of this event. We sincerely hope you felt the warmth and hospitality that the people of Barobo and Surigao del Sur have to offer," she shared.
