Butuan City – July 13, 2022 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮’𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗙𝗲 𝗟. 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝟮-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗱-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 𝗠𝗶𝗱-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 25-𝟮9, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮, 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆. Participated in by the Regional/Division Accountants, Budget Officers, and other Finance personnel, the activity aimed to reconcile, review, and consolidate all the financial reports, budget and financial accountability reports, and schedule accounts of the Regional Office and the School Division Offices. The activity also zeroed in on the updates on COA findings and recommendations for FY 2021 and prior years, including the relevant issues and concerns associated with financial management in line with recent issuances. The participants also provided an avenue for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and insights to foster the efficient implementation of DepEd programs and projects within the current Fiscal Year. The activity will end on July 14, 2022, after which the Regional Office shall submit to the Central Office all the regional consolidated financial reports. 🅴🅽🅳
