The meeting served as a strategic platform for regional and division leaders to align priorities, review key programs, and set the direction for major regional and national initiatives for the year. 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙎𝙋𝘾 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙁𝙊𝙏 Key operational agreements were reached in preparation for the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) and the Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT). These include mapping the participation of each School Division Office (SDO), with particular attention to divisions without event entries, and initiating preparations for logistical requirements such as rain gear for parade participants and arrangements related to the conduct of the parade, subject to further consultation and coordination with the Local Government Unit of Nasipit. 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 As part of the Million Tree Project, the RMANCOM agreed to integrate tree-planting activities into major events, including the RSPC, RFOT, and the Palaro. The Schools Division Superintendents shall oversee the implementation and ensure learner participation within their respective billeting areas. 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝘼𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙖 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨 (𝘾𝘼𝙍𝘼𝙂𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎) Significant resolutions were reached to support the smooth conduct of the Caraga Regional Athletic Games (CARAGAMES) 2026. The discussions covered plans and proposals related to event logistics, awards and recognition, creative contributions, participant support, medical preparedness, sourcing of supplies, and environmentally responsible practices. These measures are intended to ensure a well-organized, safe, and sustainable event for all participants. 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡 𝘼𝙧𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 Agreements were also made on protocol and logistical arrangements for the National Planning Conference, including adjustments in protocol assignments, centralized lodging for drivers, coordination with local tourism offices, and the identification of officials responsible for messages of support and tokens. In her message, the Regional Director, Maria Ines C. Asuncion, underscored the importance of clear and consistent coordination among offices, stating, “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘴 𝘋𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦.
