DepEd Caraga Regional Office congratulates Atty. Fiel Y. Almendra, CESO V as he took oath as full-fledged Assistant Regional Director during the Oath Taking Ceremony of Appointed DepEd Third Level Officials, led and administered by DepEd Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones on February 9, 2022, at Eugenio Lopez Center, Antipolo City.
