Given that the activity extends through weekends, DepEd Caraga ensures full compliance with government compensation policies:
Permanent employees serving as evaluators will receive Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) under CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 (Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services Rendered).
Contract of Service evaluators will be granted Overtime Pay in accordance with CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 02, s. 2015 (Policies and Guidelines on Overtime Services and Overtime Pay for Government Employees).
These provisions recognize the evaluatorsโ dedication, especially as they continue to render services on weekends to ensure the timely completion of the activity.
DepEd Caraga underscores that the reclassification process is vital in acknowledging the qualifications, accomplishments, and leadership potential of educators across the region; ultimately contributing to stronger instructional delivery and improved learner outcomes.
