Note: Only four (4) Notice to Proceed were reflected in the PhilGEPS website instead of five (5) since the number of lots were changed after the Pre-Bid Conference as per Bid Bulletin #11039062-01. Since the PhilGEPS portal disabled the edit option after the publication has been active, the Procuring Entity could not change the line items anymore. Hence, the complete Notice to Proceed were posted here in the Agency's website for transparency.
