𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐲 "𝐦𝐚𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐫𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐲." 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞.

Dedicated teachers give their best time and effort to the students. They would not mind the enormous amount of work as long as they see their students grow in knowledge, develop their talents and skills, and become brilliant critical thinkers and problem-solvers.

That said, teaching is a sophisticated job as teachers employ different strategies and differentiated instructions suited to the different levels of learner understanding, comprehension, and learning needs. By default, teachers must be knowledgeable about almost everything.

What makes me happy as a teacher is seeing my students internalize what they have learned in different ways and, most importantly, seeing them succeed in life as they become better citizens of the country. I do this by loving them as my children, listening to their problems, and helping them with their psychological, social, spiritual, and even material needs.

In a real sense, the teacher's ability, wisdom, dedication, and kindness are immeasurable and beyond compare.
