𝙱𝚢: 𝙷𝚊𝚛𝚘𝚕𝚍 𝙲. 𝙲𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚛𝚌𝚘 𝚃𝚎𝚊𝚌𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝙸𝙸𝙸/𝚃𝙸𝙲, 𝙺𝚊𝚑𝚊𝚢𝚊𝚐𝚊𝚗 𝙴𝚂 𝚂𝚞𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚊𝚘 𝚍𝚎𝚕 𝚂𝚞𝚛 𝙳𝚒𝚟𝚒𝚜𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗮 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀. 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀. We call them modern-day heroes. Therefore, we must appreciate them not only during the Teachers’ Day celebration. Every day is an opportunity to acknowledge their efforts to bring out the best in the children and the youth. Several studies have confirmed our common experience showing that when teachers are appreciated even for small things they have done at school, their motivation increases, resulting in better performance. Despite the coming end of classes on the 7th of July this year, as per the DepEd School Calendar of Activities, the teachers’ love for teaching is never-ending. Their patience for their work is immeasurably deep as they patiently guide their learners using their knowledge and experience to help them navigate the complex landscape of ideas. They let them think critically by asking questions that promote their higher-order thinking skills. They help them explore the wonders of the world to expand their horizons. As they step into their classrooms, they embrace the challenges with endless possibilities to learn new things heuristically. Even when faced with setbacks and obstacles, teachers never give up. They always strive to improve their skills and abilities and find innovative ways to inspire and capture the interest of their learners. They can take pride in the fact that they have impacted and influenced the lives of their students, knowing that they have instilled valuable life lessons in the hearts and minds of future leaders who will shape our nation. Hence, these passionate educators who tirelessly and selflessly devote their lives to a noble cause of education deserve to be honored every day. They are the unsung heroes of our society whose dedication and commitment to their duties contribute to the betterment of the country. As they continuously face the day-to-day challenges and changes, one thing never changes – their eagerness to make a difference with a happy heart for teaching. 🅴🅽🅳   𝘕𝘉.
